We service all types of computers, laptops, and peripherals from Windows based computers to Apple Macintosh. Our techs can either come to your home or you can elect to bring in your system to us. We handle all software and hardware problems. We also handle in-home networking setups such as DSL installs and troubleshooting of existing in-home networks. |

Basic Diagnosis: A technician will make a quick examination of your computer, or notebook to better ascertain if the problem is hardware or software and recommend the best course of action.
Simple Hardware/Software Install: A technician will install one hardware or software item onto a computer which requires no configuration and is easily accessible such as RAM
Standard Hardware/Software Install: A technician will install one hardware or software item onto a computer and properly configure it, test it, and install any appropriate updates.
Expedite Hardware/Software Install: Same as "Standard Hardware/Software Install" except the system is bumped to the front of the queue and the first available technician will perform the needed work the same day it is brought in or the next business day. Note: repair time does not include any part transit times.
OS Install and Configuration (No Data Backup): A technician will install, configure, and update an OS on a computer or notebook. This service excludes any of the following OS: Any Linux, Unix, or Windows Server. Note: No data will be backed up prior to install of the OS.
Expedited OS Install/Config: Same as "OS Install and Configuration (No Data Backup)" except the system is bumped to the front of the queue and the first available technician will perform the needed work the same day it is brought in or the next business day.
Data Backup (9GB or Less): Customer's data will be backed up to another media in a quantity of 9GB of data or less. (Cost of media not included in price and the price will vary based on media used)
Standard Flat Rate Service: A technician will complete a diagnosis of the computer, notebook or printer. The tech will remove any spyware or viruses present on the computer, notebook, or printer. The tech will replace any failed parts, fix any present software issues, and backup the data if necessary. (Parts price not included)
Expedited Flat Rate Service: Same as "Standard Flat Rate Service" except the system is bumped to the front of the queue and the first available technician will perform the needed work the same day it is brought in or the next business day.
Standard Onsite Service (Hourly Rate): A technician will come to your location and diagnose the computer, notebook, or printer. The tech will remove any spyware or viruses present on the computer, notebook or printer, replace failed parts, fix any present software issues, and backup the data if necessary. (Parts price not included.) (Trip charge is included as part of the hourly rate.) (If this service is desired, please call and schedule an appointment.)
Computer Setup: A technician will come to your location and setup your computer and one peripheral (i.e. printer). (Additional peripherals or service will incur an hourly rate listed in the "Standard Onsite Service." (If this service is desired, please call and schedule an appointment.)
Networking Service (Hourly Rate): A technician will come to your location and setup, upgrade, or work on your network. (Parts price not included.) (Trip charge is included as part of the hourly rate.) (If this service is desired, please call and schedule an appointment.)
